table of contents (html)

The new version (0.2.0) is really great! The first thing I did was to include my personal css file. Now I need only one more feature for this to be perfekt:

A table of contents for the html files.

True one can remember what the chapter was a just search for it, but a in all the ebooks we get one automatically. All chapters are known and creating another tag around the chapter title should be easy. I uploaded the story 123 from fanfiction.net to show what I mean.
