not installing as 0.4.0 (Done)

i just downloaded 4.0. after installing it and attempting to run it, it says it's not 4.0, that it's 3.2. i'm using the new downloader from your page. i'm going to try the portable version next. sorry.

sorry, that's my fault.

It took so long to upload the portable files (my connection is very slow) that I forgot to upload the normal files.
They'll be online in ~5 minutes.
